I believe that lasting change happens step by step. That’s why I offer progress check-ins — dedicated time to reflect on how you’re feeling, what’s working, and where we can make adjustments.
Why Progress Check-Ins Matter
Improving gut health isn’t always a straight line. Some days you’ll feel better, other days may bring challenges. These check-ins give us a chance to track your progress, celebrate your wins, and troubleshoot anything that feels difficult. It’s about keeping you motivated and supported on your journey.
What We’ll Do Together
During your progress check-in, we’ll:
- Review your food diary and any symptom changes
- Talk about what’s been easier and what’s been harder
- Adjust your nutrition plan if needed
- Add new strategies to support your goals
- Keep your plan realistic, enjoyable, and effective
My Approach
I don’t believe in “perfect” — I believe in progress. These sessions are about encouragement, not judgment. Every small step counts, and I’ll be there to guide you, remind you of how far you’ve come, and make sure your plan continues to fit your life.
